Corporate Governance

The Company recognizes the value of an active and positive approach to issues of corporate governance, including those embodied in the Corporate Governance Recommendations promulgated by NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen in 2005 and subsequent amendments. The Company generally agrees with the Recommendations and complies with a substantial number of these recommendations.
